The study aimed to know the degree of neo-charismatic leadership practice among government school principals in the North Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and after ensuring its validity and reliability, it was applied to a sample of (265) male and female teacher The results of the study showed that the degree of public school principals’ practice of neo-charismatic leadership from the point of view of teachers in the North Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates in the Sultanate of Oman was high, and the field of leadership skills with moral reference came in first place and with a very high degree, As for the field of leadership skills with altruism, it came in second place, and in third place was the field of leadership skills with an ideal vision, which came with a high score. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) due to the impact of demographic variables for the study sample members (gender, academic qualification, and number of years of experience). ) in the responses of sample members in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate and Al Wusta Governorate regarding the degree to which public school principals in the Sultanate of Oman practice neo-charismatic leadership from the point of view of teachers in all fields.
