Although from half century ago about start Arabic prose poem which has been seen, it is remain like a raw matter that need study and it needs to become in the Omani domain. The academic space for study Omani prose poem still virgin, because in our knowledge we don't found academic study that take care about clear public characteristic for delimit Omani prose poem connect with Arabic context. So our study take place in this context to repeat delimiting first theories about Arabic prose poem in poetics level.
We see in our study- depend on viewpoint of (Michel Foucault) to speech - to Omani prose poem that belong to speech which is supervised and counted by Arabic poetics modernness organization. The organization is invested to establish Arabic prose poem. This organization has unique features and we delimit the important features in west cultural context that members come out from it. We found these members have cultural back round that come from philosophy west context. This context has features that return to three school which are symbolism surrealism existentialism.
The Arabic poetics modernness organization stipulates on speech that it adopt to yield to poem law which is limited by it. This law is obscurity law. We call Arabic/ Omani prose poem that depend on this law (vision poem),and we clear important tools that are used by this poem to achieve the law which is stipulated. After that, we move to explain other types of Arabic/ Omani prose poem that to rebel this law. This type has other poetics which has against law and this law is widespread law, so we called this type is(widespread poem).
Next we move to discuss receiving condition that face Arabic/ Omani prose poem on public level, first we connect between this poem and Nizwa magazine because this magazine is an important Omani magazine that contain this poem. We found there is a problem between this poem and Arabic public and we try to research about the important reasons that cause this problem. Also we try to see what Arabic poetics modernness organization done to explain these reasons. Finally we link between this problem and Arabic mind and his problem in receiving speeches.
