This study aimed to identify the training needs of sexual education among mothers of first cycle students in Al Dakhiliyah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman and to know the differences in training needs of sexual education among mothers according to study variables (age, qualification, number of children, type of work). Descriptive design will be adopted. The study sample consisted of (400) mothers of first cycle students in Al Dakhiliyah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, who selected randomly. In order to achieve the study objectives, the Sex Education Inventory prepared by researcher have been used, which consists of 28 items divided into two dimensions: importance and practice The results showed that the mothers' perception level of the importance of sexual education training was high (M=5.67), while the level of mothers' practice of sexual education was moderate (M=3.93). The overall level of training needs among mothers related to sexual education was low (M=1.90). However, the need to train children on the rules of protection against sexual harassment was high (M=3.33). and seven needs were moderate (M= 2.01 to 2.32). According to variables, the results showed there were significant statistical differences in the training needs of mothers due to the mother's age variable in favor of the age under 35 years, and there were significant statistical differences in the training needs of mothers due to the mother's qualification variable in favor of mothers with Diploma degree or less. Regarding the number of children or the nature of work variables the results showed there were no statistically significant differences in the training needs of mothers. The study recommends intensifying training programs related to sexual education to Acquire mothers with the information, knowledge, and skills related to sexual education.
