The study aimed to identify the level of academic procrastination, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and fear of academic failure among Nizwa University students. It also aimed to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the study sample members regarding the level of academic procrastination among Nizwa University students attributed to the study variables. The study community consisted of all undergraduate students (bachelor's) and postgraduate students (master's) at Nizwa University. The study sample included (365) male and female students. The researcher used the descriptive correlational approach as a study method, and used scales as a study tool, as she used the academic procrastination scale prepared by (Sahloul 2014), the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation scale prepared by (Leiber et al. 2005), and the fear of academic failure scale prepared by (Al-Dardir 2019). Using various statistical analyses, the results showed that the level of academic procrastination, the level of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and the level of fear of failure among the study sample were low. The study results also showed a significant negative correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the general average of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and the general average of the level of academic procrastination among students of the University of Nizwa, there is a negative correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01) between the general average of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and the general average of the level of fear of academic failure among students of the University of Nizwa. The researcher recommended the necessity of enhancing students' self-confidence by encouraging them and providing appreciation for small and large achievements, and the necessity of providing academic support and advice to students who suffer from academic procrastination and unjustified fear of academic failure.
