The presence of comprehensive development goals at the national level of countries within a security
framework with integrated roles is considered as the corner stone for sustainable development. The
research aims to study the stages of technology development, and the most important features of the
transformations that it has made in human life. The research discussed the development of the concepts of
social transformations and economic transformations and the developmental impact of that. Where the
social transformations moved from its simple and clear features to transformations intertwined with
globalization and the technology. The research also highlighted how economic
transformations became transformations based on knowledge and digitization. The research monitored
the direct and indirect effects of these transformations, the most dangerous of which is the cultural and
intellectual conflict. The researcher also reviewed the efforts of the Sultanate of Oman in supporting social
and economic development to build a safe society.
The research focuses on a systematic review to analyze
the transformations resulting from technological
developments in accordance with quality standards,
by using total quality management and SWOT
analysis. The research highlighted the aspects of effective
investment of these transformations and their indicators through adapting technology. The research
also concluded the importance of enhancing the concept of partnership in security responsibility,
in addition to the importance of the role of family education. The researcher points out several important
recommendations. To strengthen the security pillars and institutional partnership, the paper concludes
with a proposed vision for a renewed awareness
program entitled The Sixth Sense.
