This study deals with the issue of guaranteeing hidden defects in the sales contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Transactions Law, and it sheds light on the hidden defect that may exist in the sale, the conditions that must be met in it, and the extent to which the seller guarantees this defect. Seller responsibility for hid den defect warranty, and exemption from this warranty. To cover the subject of the study, it was divided into two sections: The first: What are the hidden defects, and the second: the seller's guarantee of a hidden defect in the sale. The researcher also reached a number of findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the study.
