The study aimed to identify the dimensions of organizational climate to achieve the job satisfaction of basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as knowing whether statistically significant differences in the degree of activation of the regulatory dimensions to achieve job satisfaction for teachers in schools of basic education due to the variables of gender and school class. The study also aimed to also conceived proposal to activate the organizational dimensions to achieve job satisfaction for teachers of basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the methodology of positive (case study) to achieve its goals, study sample consisted of (205) male and female teachers of teachers in the province of South East, has been designed questionnaire consisting of (47) items organized under three heading (dimensions of the study : the work environment, leadership, incentives and rewards, and has data processing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss) using the arithmetic means and standard deviations of the dimensions of the study and tests) to verify the significance of differences due to the variable type, and test analysis of variance to identify the significance of the differences are attributable to the category of school.
The main finding of the study were:
• The degree of activation of the dimensions of organizational climate to achieve the job satisfaction of basic education schools, according to estimates by the sample was moderate.
• as for a variable ,the study revealed: There were no significant differences according to the estimates primary members of the sample due to the variable type and category of the school.
• the study come out with imagine a proposal to activate the regulatory climate to achieve job satisfaction for teachers of basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman.
