The study aims to get familiar with the relation between variations of kinematics and the accuracy of pointing by upward leap for players of Oman National Handball Team by answering a number of questions such as: is there statistical relation at the level of (a =0.05) between kinematics variations and the accuracy of pointing when leaping upward? Are there moral statistical variations at the level of (a = 0.05) between kinematics variations and the accuracy of pointing by upward leap at the existence of absence of defensive curtain of Oman's National Handball Team Players? The study's specimen included five players from Oman's National Handball Team. For the purpose of answering the questions presented in this study, researcher measure the accuracy of pointing using the test of accuracy by upward leap and putting four squares ( 50 x 50 cm) as up and down goal angels. For measuring the kinematics variations, 3 digital JVC video cameras of (25 rps) speed were used as well as MAXTRAQ system and KINOVEA for motor analysis. In order to analyze the statistical data, the researcher used a number of statistic means such as math average, standard deviation, Person Relation Factor, simple descending factor and (T) exams for relative specimens.
The researcher found a number of results such as the existence of direct relation between the angels of ascendance and accuracy of pointing, and there is a relation between kinematics variations of the pointing skills of upward leap. The study also shows that there are differences in favour of pointing when there is defensive curtain in some variations such as ( ascendance angel, vertical deviation of body focal weight during jumping) and also differences in favour of pointing when there is no defensive curtain in some variations such as ( speed of ball launch, vertical deviation, the outcome of deviating body focal weight during jumping).
In light of the results, the researcher laid down a number of recommendations such as the devotion to develop accuracy factor for upward leap pointing, and the importance to taking care of kinematics variations such as angel and timing of ascendance during performing and teaching the skill, importance of inserting defensive curtain in all upward leap pointing by finding a number of levels and various grades of defense.
