This study is addressing the subject of environment protection within the frame of International Law and the Omani Legislation, through the issuance of a number of laws relating to the environment in the national level, also, the conclusion of many agreements connected to the environment related to the international level; whereto, Sultanate of Oman has joined many of such agreements.
The study in hand is aiming to discuss the extent on how the attention of the world deals with the matters of environment and maintenance thereof, seeking means by which can protect environment from the daily damages effecting hereupon due to the modern technological revolution.
The study recommended that it is essential to exert efforts in the issues of collaboration and cooperation in both levels, nationally and globally through implementing the agreements and conventions singed for the protection of the environment from pollution.
