This study aims at studying the stylistic aspects of Al-Bahlani and Abu Madi in nostalgia poetry. Both poets lived in the modern era and they migrated, the two of them, from their country and had written nostalgic poems which confirm in some aspects and differ in others, in order to answer the following questions:
1- What are the stylistic features which appeared in both poets' poems?
2- What does the dependence of the poet on a specific stylistic feature signify?
3- What are the common and different points between the two poets in their stylistic elements?
4- What is the vision adopted by the poet? To answer these questions, the research has analyzed the stylistics of nostalgic poems of both poets and obtained the following results:
• Al-Bahlani did not devote his poetry from its beginning to its end for the purpose of nostalgia, except his poem (Nostalgia) or ("AI Haneen"), the poem Jawab for Oman Authors, while the other were engaged poetry except only poetry which was written for the purpose of lamentation which is "Anbarat al-Akwan". Abu Madi had written poems for the purpose of nostalgia without being mixed with any other purposes. With regard to the rhythmic level, has intensively used Al Bahar Al Taweel in the nostalgia poems however Abu Madi used Al Bahar Alkamil in his nostalgia poems. Al-Bahlani has been committed to the vertical form in the construction of Al Haneen the poem, and Abu Madi is committed likely to the vertical form with two terza rima in the nostalgia poems and square poem . Some common elements exist in the internal rhythm by the two poets such as repetition, redundancy and alliteration with other different elements such as "Tadwir" and "enjambment". With regard to the lexical level, the richness of vocabulary in Al Bahlani poetry and the stability of the linguistic level in all his poems , thanks to the of his flourished poetic talent since an early period in his life. The vocabulary used by Abu Madi was not that rich in his early life stage, but rather in the late stages of his life, thanks to the maturity of his culture and the great deal of ancient heritage he acquired. Both poets used similar synthetic elements in nostalgia poems with difference in the way these elements were used such as the stylistic and artistic use and sometimes similarity such as the use of omission. The poetic imagery by Al Balhani depended on metaphor with use of simile , however the poetic imagery by Abu Madhi depended on simile with use of metaphor sometimes.
