This study aims at identifying the jurisprudential regulations stated in the book of prayer included the book (Sharh Al-Nile) which includes thirty-two chapters in Prayer. The chapters started with the timing of prayers till the chapter of the certain prayer. In addition, the study compares the regulations stated by Sheikh Atefaysh to in this book to the regulations he stated in his other books. Also, he compares Sheikh Atefaysh's regulations to other regulations stated by other scholars in their books. These are some of the question the thesis tries to shade some lights on.
1-What are the regulations of prayer which have been mentioned in Shiekh Atfaysh's book? Y- Did Sheikh Atefaysh commit to exegesis of the issues according to the regulations in his book?
- Did Sheikh Atefaysh commit to exegesis the issues in his other books according to the regulation in the book of (Sharh Al-Nile)?
- What are the regulations which were unique to Sheikh Atefaysh? -- What are the basics and evidences of regulations which were included in Sheikh Atefaysh's book? 7- What are the jurisprudential applications of regulations which were included in Sheikh Atefaysh's book?
In order to answer these questions, the researcher extracted the jurisprudential regulations mentioned in the book of (Sharh Al-Nile). He analyzed them, clarified their evidences, explained their e meanings and showing their applications. Finally, the researcher included some of the exceptions.
The main findings of the thesis are:
1- There are twenty (•) jurisprudence regulations drawn from the book of Prayer. Y- Sheikh Atefaysh was committed to exegesis the issues basis and their branches according to his book (Sharh Al-Nile). In addition some expectations were founded but they were few and rare.
- Sheikh Atefaysh was committed to exegesis the issues basis and their branches in his other books according the regulations in his book (Sharh Al-Nile). 4- Sheikh Atefaysh was unique in stating one new regulations in his prayer book. -- Most of the regulations stated by Sheikh Atefaysh were mainly based on evidences from Quran, sunnah and analogy, 7- There are many applications which were rooted by Sheikh Atefaysh either in his book Sharh Al-Nile or his other books.
