The Judicial censorship over the disciplinary decision which is issued by the disciplinary authority for the employees is a great guarantee and effective to Control the legitimacy of such decisions, but is considered as mother of the Disciplinary guarantees and the rights decided for the general employee subjected to disciplinary authority, is the source of the obligation of the disciplinary authorities for the other remaining guarantees, which ensure it is respect to the provisions of law, the principle of law in the disciplinary field, with what it include of General binding legal principles, if it is disagree with the disciplinary authority in accordance with the provisions of the law or any of these guarantees Its decision can be canceled and do justice to the employee against whom the penalty was imposed, therefore this study this study was therefore dedicated for the research of Judicial censorship over the disciplinary decision ,that was from a preliminary chapter in which i spoke about the Judicial censorship on the work of the administration in general indicating its importance and nature, the first chapter dealt with the Judicial censorship to provide guarantees in disciplinary decision , Judicial control dealt with the second chapter of penal sanctions, all that according to a comparative analytical approach between disciplinary system In the Sultanate of Oman, The Egyptian Arabic Republic ,the letter reached the group of results and recommendations.
