The study aimed to knowledge the reality of using the Technological Innovations in the communication process between the schools administration and their employees from the teaching authority members at Al Dakhylia Province.
The study community included all schools in the second episode at Al Dakhylia Province for the academic year (2112-2113 AD). The study sample was tested from the teachers of both sexes of those schools at random, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to analyze the reality using of the Technological Innovations for communication between the schools administration and the teaching authority.
The researcher used the questionnaire to find out the reality using of the Technological Innovations from the point view of the teachers of both sexes in the second episode schools at Al Dakhylia Province.
After confirming the truth and stability of the questionnaire was distributed to the sample individuals and has the statistical treatment of the data using the arithmetic averages, standard deviations and test of the variance analysis ( One Way Anova ).
And the study has reached to collection of results, included :
- The estimated of the sample individuals for all scopes was very good grade, which shows a great use of the Technological Innovations.
- The field of the human relations achieved level less than the rest of other fields.
- The Technological Innovations used with a higher rate when communicating in the field of the Vocational Development.
- Using of the Technological Innovations in the field of the Educational Activities slightly less than the field of the Vocational Development.
- There were statistically significant differences in the type variable, which the arithmetic average was higher in the male category.
- There were statistically significant differences in the named career variable, which are school director class and assistant school director class achieved arithmetic average higher than first teacher class, suggesting that using of the Technological Innovations at school director class and assistant school director class is more than.
- For the study changeable, the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the qualification and the level of the Technological Innovations uses in the communication process.
The study came out by a set of recommendation, included :
* The condensation of the courses and programs that develop the skill to deal with the Technological Innovations.
* The benefit form the international experiments in this field through hosting the international experts and organize visits to those countries to inform directly their experiments in this field.
* Provide computers to all those working in the education, so that everyone can use computers better and more comprehensive in the educational process.
* Appointing of qualified instructors in the schools permanently to resolve and remove any obstacles that may appear when using of the Technological Innovations in the schools.
