This study is based on the valid question on the legalmeans - according to the Omani Work Law- to resolve and settle collective labor disputes or conflicts. To answer this question, I looked at the various friendly and unfriendly ways that were done to resolve collective labor disputes. I also looked at the role of Labor Unions in creating collective-work-contracts and settling collective disputes in case they happened. The study came to a number of legal conclusions, among them: Legislative limitationsin the related legal articles/ regulations compared to the other regulations in which the Omani Work Law was affected with, such as the Jordanian Law and the International Conventions. I suggested some practical solutions for the problems and complications related to the study.
