This study aims to clarify the cases related to government employee which heared by the court of Adminstrative Justice in Oman, in accordawe with article (6) of the code (law) of Adminstrative court. The study concluded that the Authority of the Adminstrative court in disputes relating to the affairs of goverment employees are divided into two parts : (cancellation Justice): Include claims made by Government employees to review final administrative decisions relating to their employment affairs. 2- (Rights Justice) : Include claims for salaries , pensious and bonuses ... ect owed the employees or their heirs. The main recommendation of the study : The establishment of a high judical body to proceed with legal control of judgments issued by the Chambers of Appeal. Amendment of Article (124) of the code of Military Justice - Royal Decree No. 110/2011 - so that The Department of Adminstrative Justice which is part of the Military Juctice , has full authority over all jop related affairs of the employees of the Security Services and Military.
