The aim of this study was to measure the level of school principals' practice of organizational justice in the governorate of South Batinah and its relation to organizational cynicism in the Sultanate of Oman. That is done by revealing these practices in the governorate schools mentioned above, as well as by revealing the average responses of the sample members, according to the variables of type, job title, years of experience and qualification.In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach was used. To measure the resposes pf the sample of the study, a questionnaire was prepared. The questionnaire consisted of (46) sections divided into two themes. The first theme is related to the organizational justice scale and it is also divided into 4 areas (procedural justice, distributive justice, procedural justice and evaluational justice) The questionnaire is based on a sample of (423) principals and senior teachers. The results of the study are as follows: First, the degree of the principals' practice of organizational justice in South Batinah governorate was high in all fields. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences due to gender variables, The study found that the level of organizational tension among the teachers in the schools of South Batinah governorate came to a medium degree.The results of the study also showed an inverse relationship between organizational justice and organizational Cynicism. The study recommended that teachers should be given the right to object to the decisions taken as well as work on the application of justice in controlling the excesses that occur in the school. The study also recommended granting bonuses to teachers according to the effort they make in work as well as the need to involve teachers in making decisions that affect their work. To improve the standards and mechanism of selection of school principals, their assistants and early teachers for their effective role in the enjoyment of the school with an organizational justice
