The aim of the study is to recognize the relationship between moral intelligence and the mental health. The study sample consists of (525) female students; both grades 10&11 from Barka schools at Batinah South Region in Sultanate of Oman. The researcher used (Borba,2003) scale which was prepared by (Altaai,2010) as well as Arabic Scale of Mental Health(ASMH) done by (Abdelalkhaleq, 2011).
The research results showed high levels in all moral intelligence aspects except for self-control aspect which came up as average yet was high in the mental health.
In addition, research results showed a positive correlation between the moral intelligence scale degree and the mental health once. However, the results revealed differences with statistical indication in the moral intelligence which is due to the achievement level variable in all aspects expect for self-control and the same results for the mental health. As for father educational level variable, the results revealed the un availability of any differences with statistical indication in the moral intelligence aspects for tolerance and fairness aspect while there are none in the mental health regarded to the father educational level variable.
As for the mothers' educational level variable, the study showed insignificant statistical differences neither in the level of the moral intelligence nor the mental health.
