The study aimed at knowing the extent to which the criteria of teacher's guide are available in the two guides of the Islamic culture teacher at grade 11 and 12 from the perspectives of teachers. To achieve this aim the researcher has prepared a questionnaire that consists of (55) standards. These standards were divided into seven streams that represent the targeted standards whish are required to be available in the targeted teacher's guide. The reliability and consistency degree of the prepared questionnaire has been examined using Cronbach's Alpha which reached (0.95). The questionnaire was administered using (131) sample teachers (males and fernales). At the end the data was processed statistically. Therefore, the study reached some useful results, and here are the most important:
1. All relevant streams related to preparing teacher's guide has got a moderate degree which may mean that the targeted standards have not been available as it is required in the two Islamic culture teacher's guides
2. The study has not shown any statistical indication differences among the participants' anticipations which could be attributed to the variables of experience and classroom in all streams of preparing teacher's guide.
The study presents some recommendations. Here are the most important:
1. There is a strong need for written and legible criteria to act as guidelines for those who are involved in designing and writing teachers' guides.
2. Reference should be given due attention as to be involved in teacher's guide in a way that both teacher and student can benefit from.
