The present study aimed to evaluate the program of knowledge development from the perspective of students, teachers and supervisors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a tool for the students and another tool for the teachers and the supervisors. The validity and reliability of study tools and test were ascertained and applied to the study sample, which consisted of 1207 students and 180 teachers and 21 supervisors of the governorate of Muscat. With the use of the appropriate statistical methods, several conclusions were made, the most important was that the objectives of the program has been achieved to a high level from the perspective of students and the supervisors and to a moderate level from the teachers perspective. Both teachers and supervisors agreed on the importance of the oral competitions and written tests and their usefulness for the field of education. The results also showed the existence of barriers which negatively affect the procedures of the implementation of the program. With regard to the degree of the extent to which the objectives of the program has been implemented, the results of the study showed significant differences at the level of 0.05 for interaction between the gender and grade from the students point of view.
The study also showed that there is a statistical significance difference at the level of 0.05 in response of the students in regards to the ways of implementation of the program between grade eight and ten. For the teachers and supervisors, the study showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers according to the variable type in favor of male teachers with regard to the program's objectives for the teacher. It also showed a presence of significant differences in the axis of procedures for implementing the program among teachers of science and teachers of social studies. Add to that, the study found a statistically significant difference between the central objectives of the teacher's procedures for implementing the program between teachers and experienced teachers 6-10 years and between teachers with experience 11 years and over in favor of teachers who have experience 6-10 years. According to the findings of the study, the researcher set some recommendations and suggestions.
