The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs according to Hammond's model. These programs were offered to the faculty members in technical colleges by the department of human recourses in Ministry of Manpower.
These programs were assessed by the faculty members as target groups, so the study attempted to determine any differences in the extent to which the participants benefit from these programs due to gender, gcographic location, and experience. To achieve study goals, a questionnaire on evaluating the effectiveness of training programs was constructed. This tool consisted of four subscales representing (39) operational indicators.
The finding of study revealed that the participants reported moderate level with mean of (3.18) and standard deviation of (0.76) about the extent to which the training programs due to the location of college. The study was concluded with recommendations and suggestions.
