The benefit is the basic condition for accepting all judicial cases whether civil or administrative, especially cases of administrative decision review. For the benefit therein should be personal and direct benefit (whether achieved or proposed). Further the benefit is regulated with many legal issues affecting the litigation process whether with respect to defense or time of possibility of benefits or its delay. Therefore this study is focused on conditions of benefit, in prelude chapter we discuss idea of conditions of benefit, explanation of its nature in the normal cases and cases of review of administrative decisions, and chapter one deals with nature of defense due to lack of benefit and its possibility and establishing and adjudge its delay. The second chapter discusses the factors of benefits in the cases of review of administrative decisions. In third chapter we learn types of benefits for accepting the cases of review of administrative decisions. Comune The study shed light to many findings and recommendations.
