This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the exchange of visits between the Islamic education teachers, and the obstacles that prevent the application of them.
To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher prepared a questionnaire made of (37) items, distributed into two axis. The questionnaire was offered to ho arbitrators to check its validity, and stability using the equation alpha Cronbach's internal consistency and has reached coefficient of persistence (0.75). The study sample consisted of 400 male and female teachers of Islamic education teachers.
The results of the study showed that the exchange of visits between the Islamic education teachers got a high degree and has an important role in professional growth among them, and that the teacher was the more obstructive to the exchange of visits with a mean total (4.07), and followed by educational supervisors with a mean total (4.04), then the school administrations with a mean total (3.39). The results also showed that the existence of differences statistically significant at the level (a =0.05) between the responses of teachers to the constraints of the exchange of visits in favor of school administrators and teachers, while there are no significant differences that were statistically significant between the responses of teachers to the constraints to the exchange of visits between the Islamic education teachers in relation to the educational supervisor attributed to the province variable.
Moreover, the results showed the absence of significant differences that were statistically significant at the level (a =0.05) between the responses of teachers hampered the exchange of visits between the Islamic education teachers regarding the school administrations. The researcher presented a set of recommendations
such as ; reducing the administrative load and the writing on the supervisors, teachers and assigned that to other employees, activating the electronic communication in order to activate such methods instead of the official correspondence paper, which takes a long time.
