This study aims at providing the administrative organizations a number of values derived from the story of the prophet Sulaiman mentioned in the quran to contribute in developing the personalities of managers/leaders, aiding them in efficiently investing the available resources and encouraging them to have positive relationships with the community. This has been done through extrapolating some of the interpretations which discussed the story along with the books and studies related to the field of management analyzing and formulating the administrative values mentioned in the story and applying them in business environments. These were the adopted approaches in the study until it reached a certain number of conclusions that can benefit the values system applied in the business sector starting with the values relating to the manager/leader's personality.
The study shows that the Prophet (peace be upon him) is a role model to be followed in three aspects: religious, scientific, and leadership. In all of these aspects, the manager/leader can find values that might build a distinguished personality which performs all the tasks assigned to it professionally along with values related to the efficient management of resources that can be utilized effectively to develop useful products. These resources can be either financial which require certain procedures to make them useful or the human resources which need to be dealt with skillfully to reach the highest level of performance of quality and perfection. This has been the focus of the study through presenting the values derived from the story of the prophet Sulaiman.
In addition, some values in relation to the field of public relations which were found in some incidents and actions in the story of the prophet Sulaiman were highlighted by the study indicating what can be used by business organizations to reach high customers satisfactions on what they offer as well as having exceptional relationships with the other organizations it deals with through social and informational values.
The study recommends to explore and research the quranic positions which have not been studied to derive the administrative values that did not appear in the prophet Sulaiman's story and can be considered an added value in the business environments.
