This study aims to indicate the Non-Linguistic difficulties of teaching Arabic Language for Non- native speakers in the viewpoints of the teachers as well as the students. It is conducted on teachers and non-native Arabic speakers students at different institutions in Sultanate of Oman. It takes place at Sultan Qaboos College for teaching Arabic Language for non-native speakers in Manah, Noor Majan Institution, Al Dhad Institution in Nizwa University, Al Seeb International School and Al Rowad School in Al Seeb. The total number of teachers who contributed in this study is 25, while 70 is the number of students who participated on this survey during the academic year 2018-2019.
The researcher adopts the Descriptive Analytical Method in his study using the Questionnaire as a tool. Keeping in mind, the modification, verification and adaptation
of the received informationto end with statistical methods. These methods help to get accurate and true information of Non-linguistic difficulties of teaching Arabic for non-native speakers in Sultanate of Oman. This is all according to the response of the teachers and students.
According to the teachers' opinion, the dimension of the Learner comes first, then the dimension of the teacher, following with the nature of the academic calendar. And the nurture of the Academic curriculums comes in fourth class. While the methods of teaching are classified as the final reason of non-linguistic difficulties as the teachers believe.
On the other hand, according to the students' view of point the academic curriculums comes in the first class. Then the dimension of teaching methods following with academic calendar. The dimension of the teachers comes in the fourth class and ending with dimension of the learners.
This study shows differences in the teachers' viewpoint which clarify statistical indications in the non-linguistic difficulties which according to the years' experience in the dimension 1: the academic curriculums and dimension 3: the learner. However, there are no differences in the other dimensions.
According to students' opinion, the study shows some differences which refer to statistical indications based on the gender in the dimension 4: Academic Calendar. Other dimensions shows no differences.
Ending with the result that the study shows no statistical indications difference between the teacher and the learner.
According the result of this survey, the researcher recommended the following:
1- Evaluate the curriculums and develop them to be more comprehensive, accurate and appropriate for the learners.
2- Develop the programs of preparing teachers and providing them with the modern excellence method of teaching non-native speaker

The researcher believe that there are number of suggestions which may open to chance for new coming studies in this feild. These suggestions are as following:
1- Educational tools and teaching methods in teaching Arabic for non-native speakers.
2- The nature of Teaching Arabic language for non-native speakers in the sultanate
of Oman.
3- Conducting workshops and conferences for the teachers.
