The Educational legislations are the cornerstone of education and
the organizational environment represents the people who realize
these legislations. It combines between the mental and virtual aspects
of the flow of work in the educational institutions, which are linked
directly with the different patterns of the society.
The aim of this study is to discuss the effectiveness of educational
legislations in guiding the organizational environment in the
educational institutions in Oman, with an attempt to answer the
following questions:
What is the role of the educational legislations in supporting the
organizational environment in the modern educational institutions?
What is the reality of the educational legislations in supporting the
organizational environment in the educational institutions in Oman?
