This study aims do a systematically explore Jokha al Harthi's novel
"The Moon's Ladies and reveals the secret of which its Text Interdependence
tools are achieved. I have utilized some of Text Linguicuistic's concepts.
Particularly those of Discourse coherence. That is because the lack of Text
Interdependence can cause problems in script's perception and reception
the text.
The Moon's Ladies text is semantically interdepend as it's elements are
significantly linked according to the context available which gives the reader
the opportunity to interpret comprehend and be engaged in the text.I have
concluded a number of findings from this study some of which are:
This novel represents a model for a coherenized discourse (text) as it has
various comprehensive integrated sematic interdependence from that
demonstrate its coherence.
The author has utilized her knowledge and skills to create script and
enrich it with information of various fiels.
She was able to present a good social criticism through the conflict of her
characters in the novel.
