Aim of the present study to detect the leadership skills of humanity contained in the educational methodology Prophet by analyzing the content of the "Biography of the Prophet" by Ibn Hisham, to put it in the perception of the proposal contributes to the guidance practices of school administrators, have been extrapolated 67 skill of leading humanity according to the settled by the results of the analysis using the card content analysis prepared by the researcher.
