This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of teaching Islamic education using Articulate Storyline software program on enhancing grade eleven female students achievement and learning retention in saltant Of Oman. The researcher prepared two interments, the first interments was a manual designed for teasing a specific unit for grade eleven second semester book using. The second interments was an achievement test. Both interments were checked for their content validity. The reliability the Coefficient collected and scored of (0.73) of the test.
The study sample consisted of 44 students, which were divided in to two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group where consistence of (23) student studied the unit using the (Articulate Storyline)software. The and a control group which consisted of (21) students studied it using the regular methods. At the end of the experiment, the direct post-test was applied to the two groups and after 19 days the delayed post-test was applied. By using the averages, standard deviations, and "T" t-test, the study result indicated that is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the two groups in both direct and the delayed two applications of the for the test in favor of experimental group
Based on the results the study recommended the need for focusing on using Articulate storyline program in teaching Islamic education to improve students learning, and for training teachers on the using and designing E-Courses
