To achieve the objective of the study the researcher designed a questionnaire of six domains, there are: Ministry of Education in Oman, Board of Director, The expatriate schools embassy, administration and teaching stuff, school building and financial resources. It also investigate if there were significant difference between response concerning qualifications and experiences of both the groups.
The descriptive method was used, and a questionnaire was designed as a study tool. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of (201) persons: (12) of them school principals and (192) teachers from different expatriate schools. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) through the arithmetic average, standard deviation and range was the second stage. The results of the study revealed the followings: 1. The research sample estimated the degree of administrative problems facing expatriate schools ranked among the high, medium and low standards. 2. Problems related to school building were rated as high; problems
related to the Board of Directors, school administration and teaching staff and financial resources were rated as medium; and
problems related to The Ministry of Education were rated as low, In the light of the result of this study, the following recommendations are presented: 1. Establishing new branches of expatriate schools in Muscat. 2. Developing the school buildings. 3. Providing effective and efficient educational supervisory system for the expatriate schools.
