The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between future Anxiety, motivation achievement and academic achievement for the students of general education diploma and students of Sultan Qaboos University, and to identify the differences in achievement motivation levels according to future anxiety, academic achievement, gender, and education stages. To achieve these purposes, the researcher used two scales are future anxiety scale and achievement motivation scale, on a sample of 400 students. The results showed that there were negative relationship statistically significant between future anxiety and academic achievement for students of general education diploma, and no significant relationship between future anxiety and academic achievement for the university students. Also there was negative relationship statistically significant between future anxiety and achievement motivation, and positive significant correlation between achievement motivation and academic achievement for students of general education diploma, and no significant correlation between achievement motivation and academic achievement for the university students. The study results to the presence of statistically significant differences in achievement motivation levels attributed to gender differences in favor of females, as well as the presence of significant differences statistically in achievement motivation levels attributed to education stages in favor of the general education diploma, and the presence of statistically significant differences in achievement motivation attributed to future anxiety in favor of low future anxiety, and statistically significant differences in achievement motivation attributed to the bilateral interaction between the level of future anxiety and gender differences
