This study deals with the situation of inseparable rights in the personal within the Omani legislation comparing with Egyptian and French law, the researcher prefaced the concept, its definition and the most important characteristics.
Also, the study of the contents of these rights which divided to protect the physical entity of the personality (such as, right of life, right of body protection) and other rights to protect emotional entity (such as, right of name and surname, right of image, right of privacy of honor and mind, right of voice, literary rights of author and privacy right).
There are other rights aimed to protect the personal activity. The researcher discussed the applications which are excluded from the protection assessments for personal right.
The researcher tried to answer all the related questions which can be asked , as following: 1. Is it possible to make a decision request for euthanasia? Are there any legislative regulation for abortion? 2. What is the most successful solution in the case of a conflict between the right in reputation with freedom right for expression and criticism, also in case the privacy right conflict
with media right? 3. Are medical experiments and deeds legal to harm person's safety? What are the conditions that are allowed to the disclosure of the medical secrets and employee offensiveness? 4. Is the civil protection actually more effective than the criminal sanction in the personal rights, especially in cases of abusement of government employee, opinion and commentary by the media? Finally, this study included two cases penalty inseparable to personal rights. First case represented to stop the attack as a precaution and the second case was the remedy way of compensation according to the general rules of tort liability.
