The study aimed to investigate the extent of the participation of schools' principals of Oman in students' vocational guidance field from the point of view of social workers. For this ultimate goal and in order to achieve the study's aim, a survey consisted of (44) expressions distributed in three main aspects represent the phases of the participation of schools' principals in vocational guidance has been prepared. The validity of the list (referees' validity) and its reliability (Alfa factor = 0.98) was detected as well. The survey has been distributed on (155) male and female social workers. A number of (144) survey papers were retrieved in which (SPSS) program was used to draw out the means, standard deviations and the relative importance of all expressions.
The survey's results showed that schools' principals participate to a great degree in the vocational guidance of students. It also showed that there are different responses within the study sample attributed to their professional experience.
