This study aims to recognize work stress and their relationship to the psychological health among MA Students in Nizwa University in Sultanate of Oman. The study sample was selected according to the reachable and available ways which consists of 150 MA students of Nizwa university, 84 of them are males, and 66 are females. The study used the Work Stress Scale, designed by (Mosallem, 2007) and the Psychological Health Scale, designed by (Ware & Veit, 1983). The study adopts the descriptive correlation method. The study concluded that the level of work stress is moderate and the variable of financial return came first as the highest and the most common variable of work stress, then the variable of the need for professional improvements, thereafter, the variable of the administrative support (i.e. the nature of supervision), lastly, the variable of work conditions. The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the human relationships' variable in favor of females, whereas the results was in favor of males regarding the variable of financial return. Moreover, the level of psychological health, among the sample, is moderate. In addition, there is a correlation relationship between the variable of psychological health and job burden, human relationships and administrative support. Also, there is a correlation relationship between the psychological wellness and work conditions, physical work environment and workplace design. The study concluded that the variables of work stress achieved in predicting the level of psychological health.
