The Thesis contains analytical study for the marine disputes arbitration according to the Omani Arbitration Law . It discusses the importace of the marine disputes arbitration their nature , types advantages and disadvantages. Before resorting to the marine disputes arbitration there must be arbitration agreement whether in the form of arbitration condition or arbitration participation and the marine arbitration agreement will be independent from the original contract and is not affected by the original contract revoke or nullity and for the marine arbitration agreement legality a number of conditions should be provided in the contract. Whenever these conditions are provided the marine arbitration agreement will be effective Also this thesis deal specifically with the matters of: > Applying necessary law of the marine disputes. > Applying necessary law of the marine dispute's cause of action . → Applying necessary procedure law of the marine disputes. It also discusses specifically preparation , time of Issuance form and the consequences resulting from marine arbitration judgment. The marine arbitration judgment would be executed either voluntarily compulsory.
