He ended his study by talking about the impact of international organizations in general and the International Trade Organization in particular on national sovereignty. The most distinctive findings of the study are: 1 That rational interventions in the nations' affairs can not be considered as disparaging of its sovereignty but a kind of a growing feeling of the human destiny's union. 2. That international law does not restrict the nations' sovereignty and does not accept to intervene in its own affairs but in return it does not give vent to its disposal therefore the world today is oriented towards the concept of a responsible sovereignty. 3. That respecting the national sovereignty of the nations does not prevent the occurrence of the interventions which do not aim to subjugate the nation and annihilate its independence but it tries to correct bad conditions. 4. That in spite of the sovereignty of nations and their independence is considered as one of the most important principles of international law, this study leads eventually to the existence of some differences in opinions about the concept of national sovereignty and the occurring interventions as a result of international variables that the researcher stated especially concerning the issue of human rights. 5. The constancy of international courts about the principle of international law preference to the internal law and confirmation on its supremacy on the internal law in case of contradiction among its regulations. 6. The non-recognition of the provisions and regulations of the United Nations' Covenant of the legitimacy of the provisions and regulations of the United Nations' force according to the international law is exceptional only. Therefore, the anticipating wars are considered a serious breach to the principle of the nations' national sovereignty. 7. That globalization, pursuant to the hugeness of its scientific, data and technological capabilities, constricts the nation's authorities and changes the nature of its national sovereignty and does not disparage it.
