The aim of this study knows the level of psychological flexibility and the level of self-efficacy among the staff of the Royal Court. Moreover, it measures to what extent of a correlation between them and the extent of the presence of statistically significant differences in psychological flexibility and self-efficacy among a sample of the staff of the Royal Court of affairs attributed to variables (type, age Years of service, qualification).
The researcher used the psychological resilience scale of Connor and Davidson, the self-efficacy measure for Jerusalem, and the statistical treatment methods.
The study consisted of 300 employees (male and female) and 30 employees from the original study community. The result of this study indicated that a high level of psychological flexibility and self-efficacy among employees. In addition, it indicated a correlation between them, and indicated the presence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of the academic qualification in a measure of psychological flexibility, and the absence of statistically significant differences according to a variable (Age, years of service, gender) in the measure of psychological resilience and self-efficacy.
Based on this result, the researcher recommended that holding more training courses and creating guidance programs for employees with a general diploma qualification in order to improve their psychological resilience. Furthermore, caring for all employees and holding training courses in the field of human development that in turn will contribute to improving the work environment in light of life changes and professional.
