The aim of this study was to examine the degree of creativity administrative managers have a basic education schools in the province of North East in Oman, and in order to achieve the objective designed a questionnaire consisting of (68), paragraph, and after making sure of the implications of sincerity and persistence applied to (107) of male and female, and to answer questions about the study extracted averages, standard deviations, t-test, grade, the study found a range of results was notably: that the estimates of managers basic education schools in the province of North Eastern in the Sultanate of Oman to contrast the different paragraphs of each area of innovative practices related to the environment of the Interior, where it came in the form of public moderately, came the areas of innovative practices associated with the external environment in the form of general, moderately, as the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = a) to estimates by members of the study areas of management practices for innovation management attributable to the variables: gender, job title, and management experience, and qualification, and exited the study perception proposal to activate creativity administrative managers have a basic education schools in the province, educational, and was one of the most prominent recommendations: delegating principals more powers to promote trust them and enable them to perform their duties effectively, and give educational administration degree of flexibility and decentralization with delegate some powers and authorities of the school administrators in order to provide the practices of creative contribution to the development of the school and changed for the better, and holding training courses in creativity administrative managers basic education schools to explain and clarify administrative creativity and benefits of its application in schools,
