The study sample consisted of (110) students from the Specialist Diploma and Bachelor of Islamic Studies at the Institute of Sharia Science (male 42, female 68), The researcher used measure of spiritual intelligence which is prepared by Algdani(2011), and the measure of motivation academic achievement, prepared by Almesharfi(2012), and processing data and draw conclusions using the program SPSS. The study result are: 1- There are no statistically significant differences between males and females on their scores in the Spiritual Intelligence and Academic Achievement Motivation. 2-There is a strong positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and academic achievement motivation 3-There is no statistically significant relationship between the scores of the sample of the study on a standard IQ Spiritual Intelligence and Academic Achievement Motivation to the variables (gender, age, specialization on employment, year of the study). 4- Ability to predict moderate with the simple scores on the measure of Academic Motivation through their scores on the measure of Spiritual Intelligence
