The study aimed to identify the level of emotional divorce prevalence among the couples who attend the family counseling centers in the Sultanate of Oman in view of some variables (Social type- marriage period- marriage form- the age gap between the couples- children availability- economic level educational level) whereas the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The sample of study consists of (184) from the attendees of family counseling centers who have selected by the available way. To realize the aims of the study, a criterion has been used to measure the emotional divorc (Prepared by Ashaybi,2015) The authenticity and reliability of the implement have been verified by appropriate statistical method. To analyze the respondents' answers, the researcher used the statistical software packages. The following are the results of the study:
* The spread of emotional divorce level is very higt among the couples who attend the family counseling centers in the Sultanate of Oman.
* There are differences in the emotional divorce due to the marriage form variable in favor of knowing before marriage.
* There are no differences in the emotional divorce due to the following variables: gender, marriage period, the age gap between the couples, presence of children, economic and educational level.
