The aim of this study is to identify The Impact of the Organizational Climate on The Creative Behavior among the Administrators in the Colleges of applied Science in the Sultanate of Oman through: explaining the characteristics of the organizational climate as well as the creative behavior and their effects. And also the According to the type and Qualification and years of job experience and place of applied Science of the Colleges.
And to achieve the objectives of the study, we have used the descriptive approach. Through the preparation of (60) paragraph questionnaire divided in to two fields, The first field divided in to four Axes related the reality of the Organizational Climate: the relationship between the Administrators and decision making process, incentives, training, and qualifying. And The second field was related to the reality of creative behavior. The questionnaire was distributed to (513) administrative, It has been Retrieved (224) questionnaire.
After Statistical data treatment using the statistical package (spss), the study has reached a variety of results including: The correlation between the organizational climate and the creative behavior of the Colleges of applied Science in the Sultanate of Oman. Also, the study has shown a statistically significant presence of distinctions (0.052a) of the reality of organizational climate in the applied science Colleges which actually means that the organizational climate reflects the creative behaviors which turn affect the qualification and the University of Applied Science. And the lack of statistically significant difference means the change in the type of career but also not only in the work experience. Furthermore, the reality of Organizational Climate for
Administrates In the Applied Science Faculties was average in its themes, except there related to relationship between the functionaries in the faculty which was excellent as for the creative behavior, it cause in an average level. As for their concerning promotions and incentives, was the less axes correlation between the two fields. In fact the standards of upgrading workers in the Colleges cannot be accomplished according to the standard of excellence and efficiency but according to the years of work.
The summary of the research was to put a number of recommendations includes: first, creating a future plans about creative people through making training courses aimed at increasing their creative behavior or making competitions to motivate them. Second, the ministry of higher education should delegate the same powers to the Colleges of applied science especially in the field of incentives and training courses to enhance motivation. Add to that, it is necessary to workshops as well as training courses for organize administrators to increase their creative behavior and to help them acquire the skills and knowledge they need.
