The study investigated the Role of School Activity Groups in developing leadership skills for Basic Education students in Al.Dakhlia region in the Sultanate of Oman, and to identify if there any differences between gender and class. The researcher used the descriptive method and questionnaire. The sample of the study consisted of 384 students.
The study results showed that the role of school activity groups in developing leadership skills (decision making communication, time management, solve problem, team -work) for Basic Education students in Al.Dakhlia region in the Sultanate of Oman is very high.
The study suggested some recommendations:
