This research aims to study the tools of explicit negation grammatically in a book called (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). It focuses on six tools of negation ('laysa', ' Ma', 'La', 'Lan', 'Lam', and 'Ghayr'). These tools are the only ones that were included in "Almusnad". This study aims to introduce Imam Rabeea and his book " Almusnad", and shows the compatibility and the disagreement between the grammatical language and the descriptive language of the prophetic sayings through studying the negation in the book mentioned above. The research subject has been chosen because of its great importance and because it's a basic linguistic need, due to the humans' need to tell and inquire either by proof or negation. The research is divided into the following:
1) The Introduction : The introduction consists of the reasons that led to choosing this subject, the objectives of the research, the approach followed in writing this research, some challenges the writer has encountered, the main references, and narration of writer's general plan .
2) The Preface : The preface is divided into two aspects : The First Aspect: Introduction about Imam Rabeea and his book
(Almusnad). The Second Aspect: Definition of negation, its types, and its relationship with time.
3) The First Section : 'Laysa' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). 4) The Second Section : 'Ma' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). 5) The Third Section : 'La' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb).
6) The Fourth Section : 'Lan' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). 7) The Fifth Section : 'Lam' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). 8) The Sixth Section : 'Ghayr' in (Musnad Imam A'rabeea Bin Habeeb). 9) The Conclusion : The conclusion consists of the writer's main findings, some of them are statistical and the others are grammatical
