The Study Aimed to Find Out the Extent of Implementation of Quality Management System on the Performance of the Directorates Applied the System of the Ministry of Education, from the Standpoint of Employees by Answering the Study Questions. Therefore, a questionnaire was Designed Consisting of (43) Items Distributed on the (5) key Areas. After Confirming Signs of Sincerity and Distributed to a Number of the Study Sample (162) Employees in Two Directorates. The Study Found a Range of Results, most Notably the Extent of Implementation of Quality Management System in the Performance of the Directorate Generals Applied to the System in the Ministry of Education was among very high and medium. This result the high-Quality Management System in the Performance of the Directorate Generals. Applied to a System the Nature of the Quality Management System at the reached the Highest Degree of Approval as Average of 4.25, followed by Measurement, Analysis and Improvement, then the focus of Responsibility and Management tasks. While the Achievement of the Product/Service, got the Minimum Average of 3.26.
There were no Statistically significant Differences at the level of 0.05= a According to the Variable type Towards the Implementation of the System, and no Statistically Significant Differences at the level of 0.05 = a According to Qualification in the Measurement, Analysis and Improvement and in Favor of Higher Educational Qualification Owners. Moreover, there were no Statistically significant Differences at the level of 0.05 = a According to the Experience Variable, Except in the axis of the Responsibility and tasks of Management and the axis Achieve Product / Service and for the Benefit of Experience with more than 15 years.
