English abstract
The study aimed at investigating The Relationship between Self
efficacy and Burnout with Special Education Teacher in Muscat Sultanate of Oman. The sample of the study Governorate in consisted of (212) teachers, (n=36) male and (n=176) female Special Education Teacher field. The study is descriptive &
correlational in nature with the use of Self-efficacy scale made by (Redwan, 1997) and burnout scale made by ( Abdullah, 1994). The study results revealed the followings:
-The total grade of the Self-efficacy and burnout level was very high.
-There was no statistical significant coefficient correlation between Self-efficacy and burnout.
-There was no statistical significant difference in Self-efficacy and burnout in respect to gender and years of experience.
