English abstract
This thesis addresses the legal system of the air transportation contract as per the international agreements and the Omani regulations in four chapters. The first chapter shade the light on the legal concept of the air transportation contract via defining its concept and addressing legal frame works. The second chapter discusses the ways to prove this kind of contract and the documentations required to conclude it and their roles of proof. Then, the third chapter deals with the impacts of the air transportation contract and the liabilities upon the parties as well as realizing the compliance of the internal transportation in the Sultanate of Oman and Montreal Agreement in 1999. Finally, we conclude the study in the fourth chapter to address the internal air transportation responsibility as per the international agreement and Omani laws.
