English abstract
The study aimed to development of the management of Islamic Science Institutes as regards of total quality management from the point of view of administrators and teachers by knowing the points of strengths and weaknesses from implement of management. For this ultimate goal and order to achieve the study's aim, a survey consisted of (51) expressions distributed in five main aspects. First aspect is planning. Second aspect is arrangement. Third aspect is improvement and training. Fourth aspect is leadership behavior. Fifth aspect is communication and takes decision. The validity of the list (referees' validity) by using the factor of reliability (Alfa factor=0.96) was detected as well. The survey has been distributed on (73) administrators and teachers. A number of (70) survey papers were retrieved in which (SPSS) program was used to draw out the means, standard deviations and the relative importance, T-Test and (ANOVA) test. The main results the survey showed are:
1. The results related to the question on aspect e were average in planing aspect, arrangement aspect, leadership behavior aspect and communication and takes decision aspect. Also they were weak in improvement and training aspect.
2. There are differences related statistics in fourth study's aspect.
3. The study recommended several recommendations which are: pay attention to development and training all workers of Islamic Science Institutes.
