English abstract
The aim of this study is to explore school headmaster's competency of Islamic values derived from "Riyad As'saliheen Book" by the Immam An'nawawi. The study analyze the contents of Hadeeth that is related to school management value mentioned in "Riyad As'saliheen Book" to contribute in directing the headmasters management conducts within Islamic vision, Mi chapters in "Riyad As'saliheen Book" were analyzed, using content analyses. The research question are:
1.What are the Islamic Values related to School Management which are Extracted froin "Riyad As'saliheen Book" by the Immam An'nawawi?
2.What are the School Headmaster's Competency and Management Conducts related to Islamic values derived from "Riyad As'saliheen Book" by the Immam An'nawawi.?
The study sample is "Riyad As'saliheen Book" by the Immam An'nawawi as one of the references that studied The Prophet "Sunna". The study tool is "content's Analysis card", to analyze the Islamic values in "Riyad As'saliheen Book" which is related to school management and to extract the headmaster Islamic values competencies, to give an answer to question and Y, the study results revealed that there are nine areas of school headmaster's competency, represented in the following:
Personal character attributes, planning, organization, supervision, development and training, resources administration, reform and follow-up, communication technology, community partnership, and hence each skill branched into a group of management conducts of the school headmaster, all of which are derived from the Immam An'nawawi Islamic Values, The Study resulted in collective proposals that can be endorsed by decision makers and individuals involved in the educational process in the Ministry of Education, and to be part of the annual plans which aim to prepare and qualify school headmasters, in light of religious cultural identity of Islamic Communities.
