The means of payment in E-Commerce
In spite of the spread of Electronic Commerce between the various countries in the world, but it still facing one of the most important difficulties which is how to ensure the fulfillment process through electronic means of payment, which is not only considered as the heart of electronic commerce but also the heart of the Electronic governments after becoming the most countries heading to open E-payment gateways to be used in the collection of government revenues.
This research highlights on the major of used means payment in Electronic Commerce which is represented in Credit Cards, Electronic Cash, and Electronic Checks through experience the concept and the legal frame of those means considering the experience of some Arabic and Foreign countries in general and experience of the Sultanate of Oman in particular.
