English abstract
The aim of this study is to present the impact of grammatical semantic of prepositions and conjunctions in deriving the jurisprudent rulings with Ibadis. It also seeks to present the relation between the jurisprudent ruling and the grammatical semantic, and the result of this semantic in changing the jurisprudent ruling related to the structure of the sentence without any concern to its parts. Moreover, it pays attention to the extent that the Ibadi scholars rely on the linguistic resources to prove the jurisprudent ruling derived by the grammatical semantic. To achieve this the research comes in an introductory chapter and two chapters with introduction and conclusion. The introductory explains the terminologies stated in the title, and I also clarifies the relationship between the Arabic language and the Islamic jurisprudence, and the importance of " meaning particles" in the science of the jurisprudence foundation and the need of this letters. In the first chapter I discussed the impact of grammatical semantic of prepositions along with its jurisprudent effects in the ibadi sources. The second chapter is about the impact of grammatical semantic of conjunctions, and its also jurisprudent that is fruitful in the Ibadis. The study concludes with significant findings as: the discussion of Arabic language was clear in the resources of Ibadis in the fifth century and later than that. Moreover, there are a number of themes related to the "meaning of particles" have not been studied deeply by the language scholars, and they just studies the stuff that are link with the language situation itself. At that time the jurisprudent foundation scholars had a remarkable role in deeply studied the "meaning of particles", along with its semantic contributions. Such effort has brought a complementary role shared between language scholars and foundation scholars. It has also emphasis the fact that the foundation contradiction of one letter refers more to grammatical contradiction. Meanwhile, it is noticeable that mentioning the evidences and the discussion of "meaning of particles" are more with the foundation scholars. This is because they have a wide background knowledge of the Islamic rulings and issues. The researcher comes out with the following recommendations1: Paying more attention to the linguistic aspects from the Ibadijurisprudent books, since they include abundance of such aspects. 2. Studying the linguistic structures of the letters, and the jurisprudent rulings with ibadis accordingly. 3. There need to be a comparison between teaching science of
sematic in the foundation science and what the linguistic scholars discuss in the same themes of foundation.
