After verifying the validity and reliability of the scale, it has been applied to the study sample members that included 370 teachers from Al-Dhakhiliya Governorate. The research questions were answered using statistical means, standard deviations, t-test and mono-variance analysis.
The most prominent findings of the study is that the degree of sustainable leadership practice among public school principals in Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman was significant. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample of teachers to the degree of practicing leadership as a whole, and its five domains among government school principals in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah in the Sultanate of Oman according to the gender variable and in favor of females.
